4-H’ers from the Ozarks do well at State 4-H Speech Contest

Columbia, Mo. -- One hundred thirty youth succeeded at the State 4-H Public Speaking Contest held Oct. 14 in Columbia, Mo. Below are the names of this year's top finishers from 4-H clubs in the Ozarks.

Prepared Speaking
Junior Division
2nd Place (Section 1): Krayson Leonard (Cedar County)
2nd Place (Section 3): Ashley Suter (Greene County)

Dramatic Interpretation
Senior Division
2nd Place: Teri Anglen (Dallas County)

Intermediate Division
2nd Place: Hamer Goolsby (Christian County)

Junior Division
1st Place: Dallas Goolsby (Christian County)

Humorous Interpretation
Junior Division
1st Place: Grant Goolsby (Christian County)
